The theme of the course paper was “Teaching English Children at the Age of 3 till 10”.
The aim of this work was reveal the general idea of the teaching of foreign language to children of preschool age.
To achieve this aim first of all the best age to start teaching a foreign language has been defined. Secondly the main features of foreign language lesson have been defined. Thirdly, the different approaches to preschoolers teaching have been considered. Fourthly, the methods of teaching a foreign language and their types have been investigated. Fifthly, the game as the leading methods of teaching preschoolers has been considered.
The significance of this work lies in the fact that it can be used in preschool foreign language teaching.
